About Angela Gollan

Angela is excited to announce her new partnership with longtime friend and real estate agent extraordinaire – Angela Kerwin! That's right, two Angelas working together to make your dreams come true! 

 

With extensive experience in the Los Angeles interior design world, Angela Gollan has a passion for spaces and architecture and revels in the unique potential each property holds. Her drive to help her clients seek out the perfect space or sell their homes with the utmost care keeps her excited and motivated every day.

 

Angela specializes in residential home sales on LA’s east side, from Los Feliz and Silver Lake to Burbank, Glendale, Altadena, Pasadena, Eagle Rock, Mt. Washington, Highland Park, and beyond! Although largely a NELA expert, she also loves to study localized markets all over the greater LA area, from the beaches to the valleys and even the desert (where she owns a second home near Joshua Tree National Park). She happily goes wherever her clients need her.

 

A Chicago native, Angela has been an LA resident for almost 20 years (Los Feliz for more than 10), and now lives in the La Crescenta and Tujunga area with her husband, two kiddos, and their rescue pup, Popsicle Jones Cupcake Marshall (“Poppy” for short). She is committed to the community and area schools and is passionate about volunteering with local charities such as Miry’s List, to help welcome refugees from war-torn regions as they resettle in Southern California. 

 

From Oscar winners to first-time home buyers, Angela enjoys a largely referral-based business. Angela is a calm and skilled negotiator who understands that the home buying and selling process can run the gamut of emotions. She is fully committed to making each step as streamlined, stress-free, and enjoyable for her clients as possible.
